What can you advice to people who are altering their body clock not because they want to but because it’s the demand of their work?

I am guessing that you are having hard time adjusting your biological clock especially if you are just new to your work. But in time, your body will get used to it only that you will have to bear the health consequences like you will have weaker immune system and dry skin all the time.

Altering body clock is very hard to do. You need to really adjust and make your body get used to the different time zone. Our biological clock has adjusted to our normal daily routine. It would take some time before we can readjust it. I would suggest that you take lots of vitamins and rest whenever you can. You will eventually adjust to the changes in schedule.
