I have a chronic migraine and every time it attacks me, it seems that my head is breaking. Does this have something to do with my lifestyle?

My advice is to avoid oily foods such as pork and beef. Do not drink too much of alcohol although drinking a gl* of wine everyday regulates the blood pressure. Also, do not smoke as this just worsens the condition. And most importantly, take out all the sources of stress in your life and live a healthy lifestyle.
