Oysters and Clams
« on: November 08, 2013, 06:57:31 PM »
I'm a seafood lover and I love s*fish, oysters and clams. What's the recipe for oysters or clams that are often serve in the best cuisines?

I also love s*fish and honestly when it comes to oysters, I prefer then served raw. Arranged on a bed of ice and I dip them in Japanese soy sauce. A lot of people think it’s disgusting though. I don’t know about you but I suggest you give it a try.

Fresh oysters are best when they are eaten raw but you can also steam them and dip them in any of your choice sauce. For clams, you let them simmer in a broth made of ginger, onion and other herbs or *es. Oysters and clams taste better when they are freshly serve or steaming hot. Even a slice of lemon is just enough to bring out its flavor.
