Stair climbers for those with weak knees
« on: November 04, 2013, 04:49:54 PM »
Can people with weak knees use stair climbers as part of their exercise regimen? Is it safe and does the practice give only little impact to the knees?

Weak knees may be due to the build up of uric acid on your knees, which may be considered as arthritis. Climbing stairs may not be a good exercise for that and it may just worsen your condition. What you should do is consult with a doctor and have yourself examined to determine its cause.
