Mom Always Angry
« on: October 18, 2013, 07:03:48 PM »
My mom is on her early 50’s and I believe that she is already menopause. I notice that she is always and angry, whenever I talk to her (even my dad), she like to be disturbed but after a couple of minutes she’s fine again. What can I do to avoid her menopausal tantrums/blues?

Don't try to control your mom's mood swings. It's her hormones going awry, and her mood swings are some of the byproducts of menopause.

Try to be more understanding and patient around her. Don't do or say things that will aggravate her more. Remember when you were undergoing puberty? I believe she must have felt like walking on eggs*s around you that time. Go through this stage with her and not against her. In time, everything will be fine.

It is natural for your mom to have a mood swings during here menopausal stage. This is the natural process that every woman must undergo. But if her mood swings become excessive, tell her to consult her doctor. There are supplements to cure this and other procedures as well.

What are the signs of menopausal stage? Is it true that being single until the age of 45 will contribute to the other signs of being menopause? My aunt seems to be mad every single day.

Please try to understand your mom because menopause is not really a good experience. It is very irritating actually some can easily lose their mind. Just give your mom and remind her to take these: Vitamin E, B Vitamins and Calcium. After three months you will see the difference in her behavior.
