Bike types for me
« on: October 16, 2013, 08:22:29 PM »
Went to the sports shop to buy a stationary bike that I can use at home. I am so con*sed with the types and kinds. There are lots of them. Help me choose the right one please! Need to lose weight.

It depends on you but generally stationary bikes are designed for workout and fitness. If you want back support, you can choose the re*bent stationary bike. On the other hand, if you want to simulate cycling, you can try the traditional upright stationary bike. There are also other types such as the dual action, the interactive and the indoor cycle type. Whatever you choose, just make that it has the meter for speed and distance.
