Can I file a claim for damages from my insurance if my car was damaged by flood? What does the law says on "Acts of God" accidents or accidents caused by natural disasters such as floods or storms?

It depends. If it is in the provision of your insurance plan, you can file a claim for damages and get compensation from it. But generally, Acts of God accidents are external factors that cannot be predicted, hence most insurance companies do not cover them in their policies.
