Experts say that a country needs entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs help make the country move forward. What support can the government provide to *ist entrepreneurs in starting a business?

The government particularly in USA does not currently provide grants for starting or expanding a small business. Yet, the government does offer plenty of free help in planning how to start or improve your business and in securing low-interest business loans. Many government agencies need that some percentage of their contracts for goods and services be awarded to small businesses.
