Po*r Leader
« on: November 04, 2013, 04:29:56 PM »
Can a po*r leader be also a good technocrat and manager? I am asking this question since our president (I come from the Philippines) is *-bent of vilifying the past administration and it seems to me he is sacrificing the economy of the Philippines!

Well, it depends on the person or the official that you have elected into office. One's education, experience, and qualifications can say if a leader has management skills. Being po*r may be help*l for a President but it is his leadership and management skills that will ultimately determine if he is a good leader.

A leader’s po*rity may help but it is not an indication that he will be a good leader. If a po*r leader lacks the determination, skills and the goals to succeed, his po*rity may also wane. I think it takes more than just po*rity to be able to manage and lead a country to progress and development. It may be an advantage but it is not a guarantee to succeed.
