Key performance indicators

Key Performance Indicators or KPIs sometimes don't encomp* the p*ion of employees. Where can I factor in those times they went the extra mile?

You can do*ent their achievements that are not directly measured in the comments part of the job evaluation form for KPIs. You can also create a do*entation that can be displa* in the bulletin board or announcement board seen by most employees. You can also develop feature stories and photo journals to be used in the company newsletter or brochure. If your company has a website, you could have a section there for achievers.
