Natural family planning while breastfeeding?
« on: November 03, 2013, 06:57:21 PM »
My sister is expecting a baby and planning to have breastfeeding. Will she be able to use Natural Family Planning while she is breastfeeding her baby?

Your sister can use the natural family planning if and only if she breastfeeds exclusively. This means that once the baby comes, breast milk is the only milk the baby will ingest. If, for even once, they give the baby formula, water or any kind of liquid, this will make a big impact on the milk production of the * thus removing the "immunity" of the woman's body to sperm. If you are having a hard time believing me, ask your healthcare provider.
