Before starting to construct a building or a house, there is usually a written estimated price. As the construction progresses things can change and the estimate changes too isn’t that right?

An estimate price is- this is going to sound redundant- only an estimate. And can increase or decrease depending on the progress of the actual construction. Before constructing everyone involved should come up with how much they think the construction will cost. That’s the estimate price.
