Have there been charity groups who donated ambulance vehicles to groups needing one? If yes, what are these charity groups?

I have watched it in news last year that press release had donated one ambulance here in United States and this ambulance has been used to save the lives of prisoners burnt and injured by the huge prison fire at Comayagua.
