Do they all accept this service?

I want to have a medical insurance for my parents, so that they will not have to spend their savings for their health. Do all hospitals in California accept this service?

Yes, I believe so. All health insurance should be catered by any hospitals here in United States. I'm also from California, and I had a health insurance for my family recently. Come and check this site for more information: http://http://calhealth.net.
