Size Of The Tires
« on: November 01, 2013, 07:00:07 PM »
Does the size of the tires affect the ride of the vehicle? Do bigger tires with higher profiles produce more comfortable rides?

Generally, bigger tires are heavy, thus adding more weight and hindering your truck’s performance. But if you still want to install larger tires, make sure that you know the automotive accessories that are required for installing bigger tires. Yes! The size of the tires affects the ride of the car. Generally, bigger tires mean greater comfort. This is why you see mid-size sedans and SUVs having big tires.

The reason for this is that, bigger tires absorb all the road imperfections. This is why you hardly notice those bumps on the road in an SUV.

Many drivers ask why automobile manufacturers use *orted size tires on their particular vehicles. Contrary to various believing, the actual choice to include scaled-down or larger sized tires has nothing to do with generating additional money. Cars are *essed based on their particular gross axle weight in addition to the predicted usage of the tires. Certain modifications are made in the course of engineering of an automobile to improve handling as well as appearance. Several cars may be able to utilize several various tire sizes depending on the manufacturer's technical specs.
