Ordering Problem

I have ordered 2 PSPs already from eCost. The first one had a lot of scratches and I wanted them to take it back. They said I had to order another one first to replace the first order before they can take so I did. The second PSP does not have any power. I want to return it again but they said ALL SALES ARE FINAL. What can I do?

I think they take advantage of the fact that people do not read every detail and information they have in their company website. So when an eager buyer has a problem with something, the customer service representatives simply say that “it is clearly stated in our website that blah blah blah, we apologize for any inconvenience but there is nothing we can do about the matter.
