Less Than a Pound
« on: October 29, 2013, 11:37:17 PM »
How come in some shipping methods, ordered items that are less than a pound takes longer to reach their destination?

I think this is because of cl*es of service. It is usually restricted geographically on a state and the country basis and it depends on the type of service you are going to send it. You should use faster services if you have products which required different cl*es of service restrictions for different locals.

I know about that. I ordered a cell phone casing from eCost about three years ago and from Plano, Texas to out location it took almost three weeks. It was crazy and when I got it the package was all messed up and torn. I wanted to send it back but they wouldn’t take it back.
