New Mexico-The land of Enchantment
« on: October 29, 2013, 09:06:14 PM »
Why is New Mexico called “The land of Enchantment”? Is the language spoken in New Mexico more Spanish than English? I’m thinking of vacationing there, maybe I need to brush up on my Spanish.

Based on my research, it was a slogan applied by the Railroad Industry. However, the commercial advertisement agencies got it right and made it a real slogan for Mexico. Both New Mexico and Arizona offer extremes and called an eye candy of visual appeal that are rarely found outside of the other corners of the region.
