im agree that water helps us loss weight and its really good in our body metabolism and health, i also do this technique i drinks more than 8 gl*es of water a day and its work for me.  8-)

actually its a beast and easiest way to loss weight, a water therapy, its absolutely effective because me i loss weight just doing this water therapy. my friend suggest this tips to me last year and until now even i achieve my dream weight i still doing this for maintenance.

yes water for loss weight is great, i drink 1 gl* of water before meal, to avoid eating lots of food, because when i drink 1 gl* of water i fill im *ll already..
