Terminate without warning???

I was recently fired from my job in Las Vegas casino. I never received any warnings and got good performance reviews. Is it possible? Was this considered an illegal termination?

First you have to check the provisions regarding termination in your employee manual. If you were fired for no valid reason and against legal procedures, then you have a reason to file wrong*l termination claims. You have to ask your human resources manager regarding the issues of your termination. Surely you can't be dismissed for any reason at all. There has to be a reason for that.
