My grandmother used to work for a living as a seamstress. We were able to store her Singer sewing machines in our country home as part of our memorial for her. She attested to the durability of the said equipment and even espoused the proper steps in caring for it. You can check online if collectors are willing to part with their machine. You can also try vintage stores in key places that sell fashion and costume items.

Hi there! Yes, I have seen a Singer sewing machine from my aunt who’s into sewing doll clothes. It is really quite old and is manually operated. If you say that your grandmother is collecting antique sewing machines, then this old style definitely fits the description. You could post an ad or something over the internet to find one.

Did you know that singer sewing machine has already stopped their production? Just like typewriters and floppy disks, they are now extinct. Singer sewing machine is really of excellent quality. I think you can buy it specialty shops and second hand stores. It might cost really expensive but it’s really worth it you know?
