The only problem and the biggest downside that frequently carpal tunnel syndrome is when it returns, causing many people to undergo repeated carpal tunnel surgery. In order to prevent this, you have to keep your muscle active most of the time. Anyone who must maintain a sedentary lifestyle can offset carpal tunnel syndrome.

What is carpal tunnel and what causes it anyway? Can you give me some symptoms about this illness?
