My mom is an ophthalmologist, they are a physician that specializes in the medical and surgical care of the eyes and visual system and in the prevention of eye disease and injury while my dad is an optometry and based in his explanation, they are the one who examine and diagnose as well as treat and manage diseases and disorders of our visual systems.
