The quality of the print out will remain the same, whether or not the ink cartridge is the original one or the refill. I mean, there couldn't be a way for the printer to print out a different quality. It's the same printer, anyway. If you changed printers, rather than ink cartridges, then it might print out a do*ent with a different quality.
