Return on Investment
« on: November 10, 2013, 11:36:50 PM »
I am wondering how we can figure out if our company will be able to get its return on investment or rate of return. Do you know the formula how we can get the ROI?

Based on my understanding, this is how you calculate return on investment. The simple ROI calculation is commonly used for short-term investment and benefits. Let's say your $1,000 is invested and it earns $1,250. This is a gain of $250. Divide the $250 by $1,000-this is the amount you invested that gives an ROI of 25%.
