What is the best mix signal device for audio?
« on: November 06, 2013, 03:33:29 PM »
I've been a fan of routing my mix back into the computer via Mackie desk, but wonder if there's any benefit in using the XLR to balanced the music instead? Is there any device I could add on?

There is absolutely no difference in signal quality because both are balanced outputs and the rhythm is just perfectly balance. Just make sure to use TRS cables with the subgroup outs. XLRs do have a little more contact area but the difference is negligible.
