My daughter has been potty trained since she was two but its only during the day. I'm having problems training her at night. Any suggestions?

Long Hair / Mousse

I find mouse very use*l for my hair to follow the lines in my head and I haven't had any bad hair days since the day I started using one but I'm just wondering, are there any side effects on using mouse? My friend says she had dandruff but I doubt that it came from the mouse since she's also using hair wax at times and I know hair wax causes dandruff!

I also love Burger King! I love their onion rings! They are not the best onion rings I've tasted but they do the job well.

I also like Sbarro for that quick pizza fix! But my favorite is Subway! Their sandwiches are awesome and quite healthy. It is a good thing that there is a Subway near where I work. Fast food needn't be unhealthy!

Types of Spam / Re: Why they know my email?
« on: November 05, 2013, 03:58:19 PM »
Email spammers and scammers get to know your email address from the sites that you go to and have signed up with. These sites are mostly gaming and *o sites who are asking for your email address.

Email spammers pay those sites to get your email address; they then flood your inbox with invitations or whatever.

Tips and Advice / Re: Grocery tips

I agree with GreatBurnt. Buy only what you need and plan your meals. I will also advice you what Santa Claus is doing; make list and check it twice. Stick to buying what is on your list. Also, don't go to the grocery hungry. When you do this, chances are, you will just be buying snack food and chips that you don't intend to buy in the first place.

Auto Accidents / Re: Texting while Driving
« on: November 05, 2013, 03:47:41 PM »
Yup, 888About is right! There is a law prohibiting texting while driving. It doesn't matter how cheap or high the fines are, it is illegal to text while driving and for a good reason.

When you are sending or reading messages, your eyes are not on the road and you are distracted. Once your eyes are not on the road and you get distracted, chances are high that you will be involved in an accident.

Questions & Answers / Re: How do they profit?
« on: November 05, 2013, 03:43:51 PM »
I think insurance companies profit through what they call a medical benefit ratio, if I remember it correctly. Based on what I've learned in my MBA cl*, this is how it works;

Let us say, you pay $1 in premiums. Ideally, that $1 will be paid to your doctor by the insurance company when you get sick. But the insurance company has some overhead and administrative expenses so what they pay your doctor is less than $1 you paid as a premium. They also input their profits in the overhead and administrative expenses.

If I am wrong, please correct me. I may have forgotten how they earn. But this is what I remember.

Christianity / Re: The World Without Religion
« on: November 05, 2013, 03:36:27 PM »
I think the world will be better off without organized religion. Religion helps people by giving them hope and something that they can hold onto when they have lost hope. In fact, religion is sometimes needed to help move things forward. The Jesuits, one of the religious orders within the Roman Catholic Church, has been also responsible in the advancement of sciences.

Corporate Mastercards / Re: Travel Expenses on a Corporate MasterCard
« on: November 13, 2013, 10:33:02 PM »
I don’t know if that is such a good idea, especially when you’re going to use a credit card scheme in order for you to pay for the company’s travel expenses.  it’s likely that you can spend more money than save because it will be eaten up with the costs of financing the credit card itself.

As a mid-size business owner, I have learned that the value of having MasterCard as a payment scheme goes far and beyond what I can do with my personal credit card. I can use it to monitor expenses while getting company benefits, insurance and even bigger savings since all of the company’s payments are forwarded to just one payment scheme.
