Personal Finance / Living Beyond Your Means

What does it mean when people say, you live beyond your means? Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Management / Motivating The Sales Team
« on: November 10, 2013, 03:53:25 PM »
How can I motivate my sales team? I want them to be able to sell more cars; however, it seems that they are finding excuses not to - they think that the economy is bad, Toyota's cars are better made, etc... I need your help!

His Opinions / Re: Managing a Prison
« on: November 10, 2013, 03:49:58 PM »
That is a very difficult question. I think different people have tried different things to improve the behavior of inmates but most of these activities have fallen short of expectations.

Anyway, for the sake of argument, here are the things I will do:

1. I will create sports programs that will make them too tired to even think of fighting.
2. I will require them to study crafts so that their minds will be pre-occupied. They will get paid once they go out of prison.
3. They will be required Bible services.

I have the same problem as yours. My friends are getting married and there are only a few of us who are single. Most of the time, I am stumped with gift ideas until I found this website, which I want to share with you. NBA Basketball / Re: Magic Johnson

He was really diagnosed with HIV back in the 1990s. In fact, he said that we regretted the way he lived his life then.

Medicines have advanced so much that people with HIV can already take medicines that inhibit or block the symptoms. In one interview I have seen, Magic said that if he knew then what he knew now, he never retired from the game and would just continue to take the meds.

Other / Re: The Ozone Layer
« on: November 10, 2013, 03:38:19 PM »
I recently read an article in Time magazine in which it said that our ozone layer is so bad that most people in the South American continent are in danger of getting skin cancer. In fact, the government in Brazil has advised people to stay indoors between 11am-3pm to minimize the danger of being exposed to too much UV rays.

Quite scary don't you think?

Television Actors / Re: Emily Deschanel
« on: November 10, 2013, 03:35:12 PM »
I also like the Bones and I was watched all the episodes in all the series. I am amazed how our bones can tell us so much about ourselves and how we lived.

Anyway, to answer your query, Emily Deschanel was pregnant when they were filming the last season of Bones. As the previous post said, she gave birth last year.

Christianity / Re: Created by the Devil
« on: November 10, 2013, 03:31:55 PM »
I think this came from two Bible p*ages which says Eve was tempted by a serpent in the Garden of Eden and in Book of Revelations (just forgot the p*age there).

In ancient times, they see serpents as something evil that is the reason why they *ociate snakes with the Devil. Remember that Darwin's Theory of Evolution is relatively new compared to what our ancestors believed in.

Bus Tours / Bus Tours

I have seen a bus tour when I was visiting NYC a few years ago. Has anybody tried joining a bus tour? What happens in a bus tour? Do they serve meals there?

Christianity / Would You Clone Yourself
« on: November 06, 2013, 01:50:02 PM »
I saw this movie which starred Ewan McGregor and this very beauti*l actress. I think the name of the movie is The Island. The premise of them movie was that you can clone yourself so that you can harvest the organs later when you need them. Would you do this? Would you clone yourself so you can harvest the organs when you need them?
